In our ongoing efforts to support sustainability and actively reduce waste, Suuri has created a candle refill program for our concrete candle line only.
Who can get a refill?
Existing customers who have purchased a concrete candle are eligible for the refill program.
What is the cost?
Concrete Vessel Refill Cost: $29.99 per candle + shipping (10 oz candle vessel) or $49.99 per candle + shipping (15 oz candle vessel) $124.99 per candle + shipping (25 oz vessel candle)
How it works?
Step 1: Place your refill order and checkout or bring your vessel into our brick and mortar and check out in-store.
If shipping your vessels to us the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, be sure to securely pack your vessel to avoid it being damaged.
Step 2: Candle vessels must be cleaned out prior to returning them to us, we will not refill vessels that have not been cleaned out.
Step 3: Once we receive your package, we will process your order and refill your vessel with the scent that was previously purchased within 3-5 business days.
*Cracked or damaged vessels will not be refilled so please thoroughly check your vessel before shipping it back to us.
